All the raw materials and other inputs involved in production process and packing are handled by our highly trained and skilled staff.

Our factory comprises latest technology production systems monitored by experienced food technologists to execute the orders of our esteemed customers in line with their expectations.

With latest technology for production and modern laboratory equipment, we produce high quality products under HACCP and ISO 22000:2005 Standards.

Our QC Division monitors at every stage from the very first step in our process to final packaging. Physical and chemical analysis are conducted in the laboratories by our QC Division.

We take absolutely no shortcuts on analysis and a quality control certificate is documented for each shipment.

We believe that customer feedback is the major factor for improvement of our Quality Assurance Systems and Controls.

We are aware of the fact that through our continuous efforts and training programs, we can further improve the quality standards as well.

OUR FOOD SAFETY PROGRAM

We process and manufacture our products under hygienic conditions by applying food safety standards to ensure our customers for best quality products. The main goal of our food safety policy is to identify, evaluate and control the unforeseen hazards during production process.

Our food safety program including GOOD MANUFACTURING PRACTICES under ISO Standards and HACCP, establishes the fact that the ingredients being processed are in the most hygienic circumstances and free from any contamination or human health hazard. By checking product lot codes during the processes, the trace-ability of the products is maintained over & above customer satisfaction.

GNS Pakistan  has ISO 22000:2005 Certified DATES PROCESSING FACILITIES ideally located at Therhi Town, District Khairpur of Sindh Province, which is the largest DATES producing area of Pakistan. The head office of GNS Pakistan is based in Clifton, Karachi, Pakistan. The enterprise is involved in multiple lines of business, trade and manufacturing of food products.
